· All rates for double occupancy. Please add $ 20.00 for additional Person in the room
· A deposit of one night or 50% of total length of stay is necessary to confirm
   a reservation.
· A one week notice of cancellation is required to receive refund of deposit
· If shorter notice is received the deposit will be refund if room is re-booked
· Payment may be made by Visa or Master Card, checks or cash
· The Bed & Breakfast does not meet the needs of children under six years of age.
· Smoking is not allowed
· No minimum stay
· We cannot accommodate guest pets
